Best Cooked: Tenderize a piece of tough meat without drying it out by slow cooking. Regardless of weight, a rolled roast needs about 3 hours at 140°C. Use foil to cover, lifting it off for the last half hour to slightly brown the roast. There will be plenty of meat juice to make the gravy too!
