Best Cooked: Season steak just before grilling. Doing so too early will make the meat dry out. Preheat a chargrill pan on medium-high. Wait until the pan is hot before adding the meat so that you can seal the surface of the steak and trap the meat juices in. Cook for 2 mins for rare, 3 mins for medium or 4 mins for well done.
