Easiest Ever Pulled Pork Buns

Ingredients


Meat
1 boneless 1.2kg boneless piece Pork shoulder
Produce
250 g Cabbage, white
50 g Carrot
50 g Red onion
Condiments
2 tsp Dijon mustard
75 g Mayonnaise
Baking & spices
1 tbsp Brown sugar
1 tbsp Paprika, smoked
1 tsp Salt
Nuts & seeds
1 tbsp Cumin, ground
Drinks
150 ml Apple juice

Method


  • Evenly rub the pork shoulder with salt, paprika, cumin and brown sugar
  • Pour the apple juice in. (Some prefer lemonade or coke. Let your creative juice come out!)
  • Cover tightly with foil and cook in the oven for 4 hours. If it is not completely tender and falling apart, then return, checking every 30 minutes.
  • For the coleslaw, slice thinly onions, cabbage and carrots
  • Combine coleslaw with mustard & mayonnaise and set aside
